A multilingual voice, a natural presence, an international background
I’m Isabelle Stulens, a multilingual voice-over artist, Master of Ceremonies, speaker, presenter and host.
English has been part of my life since childhood. Growing up in an English-speaking environment shaped my natural American accent and gave me a genuine connection to the language. Today, I bring that ease and authenticity to my English voice-over performances.
Born in Belgium and now based in Aix-en-Provence, in the South of France, I work in English, French, Belgian Dutch / Flemish and Spanish, bringing together different languages, cultures and creative perspectives.
With my professional home studio and the ability to record remotely with clients worldwide, distance is never a barrier to collaboration.
The stage and the microphone, from an early age
Even as a child, stepping onto a stage made my heart beat a little faster. I loved connecting with an audience, holding a microphone and feeling that unique energy that comes from capturing a room’s attention.
At 17, I spent a year in Mexico, where I learned to speak in Spanish in front of sometimes large audiences, adapt to a different culture and address a crowd confidently in a language that wasn’t my own.
During my communication studies, I also completed an internship at Belgian national radio and worked for national television as a promotional host, including around live broadcasts.
These experiences naturally developed my confidence behind the microphone and on stage, and today they are at the heart of my work as a voice-over actor, Master of Ceremonies, speaker and host.
From communication to voice-over
After my year in Mexico, I earned a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences at the University of Brussels, followed by an MBA in Corporate Communication.
I then spent several years working in marketing and communication for international companies including Orange, Center Parcs and EDF.
That experience taught me how to understand a brand, its audience and, above all, the right tone to deliver a message.
Today I bring that same sensitivity to my work behind the microphone in my professional home studio, as well as on stage at live events.
I work with studios, agencies, companies and brands in France and internationally, in French, Flemish, English and Spanish.
Whether I’m recording a voice-over or speaking in front of an audience, my goal remains the same: to connect, convey the right intention and find the right tone.
