One voice. Four languages. The right tone. The right presence.
I’m Isabelle Stulens, a multilingual Master of Ceremonies, Speaker and Host. I host events in French, Dutch (Belgian Flemish), English and Spanish, from the opening welcome to the closing remarks.
An official ceremony calls for a different tone than an awards presentation or a corporate evening. I enjoy finding the right pace, putting speakers at ease and building a genuine, natural connection with the audience.

Brussels Airport — A Commemoration of International Significance
To mark the 10th anniversary of the Brussels attacks, I had the honour of speaking in Dutch, French and English at the official commemorative ceremony held at Brussels Airport.
With Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde, Prime Minister Bart De Wever, and senior political and institutional figures in attendance — including members of the federal and regional parliaments — the ceremony brought together victims and their loved ones for a solemn moment of remembrance.
The ceremony was broadcast live on television and received extensive media coverage, both in Belgium and internationally.
In such a setting, every word called for careful preparation, precision and, above all, sensitivity and respect.

Every event has its own rhythm.
Conferences, official ceremonies, awards presentations, professional gatherings, gala evenings or international events: each has its own atmosphere and expectations.
I can host an entire programme or step in at key moments: welcoming guests, introducing speakers, ensuring smooth transitions, keeping the event flowing and switching effortlessly between languages.
I tailor my approach to each occasion: composed and respectful at formal ceremonies, more relaxed and spontaneous at celebratory events.
Thorough preparation, a natural presence.
I like to understand the programme, the people involved and the spirit of the event. Beforehand, we agree on the running order, the tone and the languages to be used.
On the day, that preparation allows me to support the speakers, stay attuned to the audience and respond smoothly when plans change. There is always room for spontaneity, without losing sight of the programme.

Let’s talk about your event.
